UK Game Releases This Week: Just Cause 3 stylishly explodes onto PS4, Xbox One and PC

Explosions, aliens and counter terrorism; there truly is something for everyone this week.

This week marks the last bundle of big budget releases until 2016, and the year is certainly going out with a bang. Rico Rodriguez returns in the explosive Just Cause 3, or if you prefer destroying things with friends, Rainbow Six Siege is the game for you. Unfortunately, all of this C4 won’t be enough to reach the galaxy spanning heights of Xenoblade Chronicles X, which comes to Wii U this week.

Just Cause 3 (PS4, Xbox One, PC)

Who doesn’t love ludicrous explosions? Well, we hope you do, as Just Cause 3 has hundreds of them. The latest entry in the explosive open world franchise sees the return of Rico Rodriguez, who is tasked with taking down yet another tyrannical warlord. Our Mexican hero is equipped with an all new wingsuit that can be used to soar across the fictional island of Medici. Oh, and he also has unlimited C4, so this could be the best game ever.

Taking place in 2054, a struggling human race is forced to navigate hostile alien planets in search of a new home, and even greater threats. The expansive open world, in-depth battle system and branching story should provide you with hundreds upon hundreds of hours of entertainment.
