Nintendo has confirmed that Mario and Luigi: Paper Jam Bros. is to launch this December.
The 3DS exclusive role-player, Mario and Luigi: Paper Jam Bros, will arrive in Europe on December 4, Nintendo has announced.
It was previously expected to arrive after Christmas, and is still listed as a 2016 launch in North America.
However, it’s move to the Christmas season does attempt to fill the gap left in Nintendo’s holiday line-up by Star Fox Zero.
The Wii U shooter has been delayed until 2016 giving the developers more time to perfect the game’s dual-screen discovery system, level designs and the “tone of the cutscenes”.
Paper Jam Bros is the fifth Mario and Luigi RPG title, but is the first time the series has crossed over with the separate Paper Mario series.
The game has improved the dual battle system to a three man affair, thanks to the addition of Paper Mario.
This provides new pages of abilities for the trio, which you’ll be able to explore in December.
