Gravity Rush Remastered is coming to the PS4 sooner than we thought

The release date for Gravity Rush Remastered on PS4 has been moved forward, which will now launch on February 2, 2016.

The PS4 remaster of Gravity Rush was first announced at Sony’s Paris Games Week last month.

Its reveal came alongside the confirmation of Gravity Rush 2, an all new sequel coming exclusively to the PS4.

It appears that the remaster will be coming to PS4 a little earlier than we were expecting too,  great news for fans of the PS Vita classic.

Playstation Europe tweeted the news this past weekend, confirming the European release date has been moved forward to February 2, 2016.

The new date appears to be relevant worldwide, and not just in Europe.

Gravity Rush Remastered is currently in development at Bluepoint Games, the same studio that brought us Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection.

The HD remaster runs at a full 1080p resolution and will come with all previously released expansions. These include the Spy Pack, Maid Pack and Military Pack.

The original Gravity Rush launched exclusively for the Playstation Vita back in 2013.

A forgotten classic that many never had the chance to play, so the PS4 remaster should introduce it to a whole new audience.

Gravity Rush is an action-platformer that allows you to influence gravity to navigate the environment, solve puzzles and fight enemies.

Gravity Rush 2 is in development for PS4, and is expected to release in 2016.
