Xbox One Slim to start at $299, coming this August
UPDATE: Microsoft has confirmed that the Xbox One S will retail starting from $299. It will be coming this August, and we’ll be sure to update you once we know more details.
It appears the new console will be available in a number of different storage sizes, with 2TB being advertised during E3 2016.

The Xbox One Slim will retail at a minimum of $299, if a source at NerdLeaks rings true.
Microsoft is expected to announce to new console, known as the Xbox One S, at its E3 2016 press conference later today.

The console will be 40 percent smaller than the original Xbox One, complete with a new “streamlined” controller design.
It will also support 4K video and High Dynamic Range, all of which will be topped off by an impressive 2TB hard drive.

If the report by NerdLeaks is to be believed, then Microsoft may announce a variety of new Xbox One models at E3 this week.
One of which will start at $299, an excellent price for a 2TB console. We’d take this report with a grain of salt for now, and we’ll be sure to update you once we know more.
