This guy’s tongue-in-cheek iPhone launch video is all kinds of hilarious

The iPhone X has finally been revealed, and even though the hype in Trusted Towers reached a whole new level, not everyone was as excited as we were.

One British comedian made his own irreverent version of Apple’s big iPhone 8 launch event, and the resulting video is a veritable LOL-fest.

In his role as Tim Cook, he proudly declares that the new iPhone’s so big you’ll have to buy a rucksack from the Apple Store to carry it. Plus it’s made entirely of glass, so if you drop it, it’ll smash into a thousand pieces.

Going a step further than last year’s headphone jack cull, any music capability has been completely removed. And even though it’ll be the price of a small mortgage, ‘all you f***ers will still buy it’.

His closing gambit provides the perfect climax, as he brazenly bids the audience adieu with, ‘Until next year when we take the rest of your money!’

Whether you’re an iPhone lover or not, new Apple launches are always one of the highlights of the tech calendar, and Cupertino certainly didn’t disappoint this time around.
