Halo Channel app arives on iOS and Android

The Halo Channel app has arrived on the iOS and Android app stores, offering you the ultimate portal for all things Halo.
343 Industries has confirmed you can now download the Halo Channel app from the App Store and Google Play.
Apparently a Windows Phone version is in the works, but won’t arrive until Windows 10 Mobile launches later this year.
Already available on Xbox One and Windows 8 PC and tablets, Halo Channel is the home for all news, community, Halo Championship Series and Halo original programming. That includes The Sprint, The Bulletin and Red vs Blue.
“To commemorate expanding the Halo Channel to these two new platforms, when you download Halo Channel on your platform of choice and watch any video, you’ll be awarded a unique Promotional REQ pack that contains a special emblem in Halo 5: Guardians,” explained 343 Industries.
Anyone who has already been watching the Hallo Channel will also be gifted the Promotional REQ Pack, so fear not.
Of course, you’ll have to wait until the Halo 5: Guardians release date on October 27 to claim your special REQ pack.

Halo Channel’s original programming includes the Sprint, which during season two explores the development process of Halo 5: Guardians.
“With different teams working harder every day to push through the often-arduous development process, fans will get a firsthand look at the drive determination and dedication required to bring their best at gaming’s biggest showcase,” explained 343 Industries.
The Bulletin meanwhile is all about Halo news, game updates and exclusive reveals direct from 343 Industries.
