Fallout 4 and Skyrim to receive 4K and mod support on PS4

Fallout 4 and Skyrim: Special Edition will receive 4K and user mod support on PS4 and PS4 Pro, Bethesda has announced.
It seems Fallout 4 and Skyrim mod support will be coming to PS4 after all, despite Bethesda stating otherwise in recent months.
PS4 players will gain access to mod support for Skyrim: Special Edition when it launches on October 28, followed shortly after by Fallout 4.
Mod support for Fallout 4 is already available on Xbox One, and has been for several months now. It appears the delay on PS4 is due to disagreements between Sony and Bethesda.

In addition to long-awaited mod support, Bethesda has announced that both Skyrim: Special Edition and Fallout 4 will support PS4 Pro. The latter of which will run at native 4K.
“We’re excited to announce that mod support is coming to PlayStation 4 for both Skyrim Special Edition and Fallout 4. Additionally, we’ll also be supporting the new PlayStation 4 Pro with both titles.”
“Skyrim will have these features when it launches on October 28. The new power of the PlayStation 4 Pro has allowed us to make Skyrim render in native 4K, and it looks better than ever. Here are some screens to show you just how great it looks.”
As you can see from the above images, Skyrim looks pretty lovely in 4K.
