And speakers are the worst I ever heard in my life. Sound is poor , but even worse - irritating your ears. I had to buy small speakers (usb powered) .

I have never come across a laptop with decent speakers and I have had a few.
Ii has never bothered me because I always use a good set of earphones or external speakers. A laptop with this spec for £363 from Amazon is unbelievable.

No, dude, the problem isn't that speakers are low power, but that they sound broken. They totally lack the bass and middle frequencies. They do not only sound weak, I wouldn't mind weak, but they sound annoying. Every mobile phone has better loudspeaker! I mean every. Even $20 Chinese no name models.

BTW, the sound on the headphones is great. But if you intend using external speakers, do yourself a favor and buy another brand, because Toshiba did this fraud on many current models.
