Telltale’s Back to the Future first released on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC in 2011, lasting for a total of five episodes.

The series follows the same narrative driven format Telltale is renown for, emphasising player choice and character development above anything else.

Telltale received critical acclaim in 2012 for The Walking Dead series, which received numerous Game of the Year awards.

The developer has also created games based on Game of Thrones, Jurassic Park and Borderlands.

Minecraft: Story Mode Episode One will be available on October 13 for Windows, PS3, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Story Mode will follow a cast of original characters through an adventure which takes place in the Minecraft universe.

Back to the Future - 30th Anniversary Edition will be made available digitally worldwide on October 13. Those wanting a physical release will have to wait until October 16 in Europe.

The digital release will be available on PS4, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
