Tag Heuer’s smartwatch teased ahead of November 9 reveal
Tag Heuer hasn’t been shy about progress on its upcoming smartwatch.
It’s no surprise then that the luxury watchmaker has revealed yet another teaser for the long-awaited wearable.
The company has set up a web-page called ‘Tag Heuer Connected’. It features a timer that’s counting down to November 9, 2015.
“Tag Heuer is pushing the Swiss avant-garde limits even further with the Tag Heuer Connected,” the website reads. “Tradition meets innovation, craftsmanship meets savoir-faire, and bold style meets breakthrough technology.”
It adds: “
What’s more, the website also says the watch is “developed in partnership with Google and Intel”.
That’s further confirmation that Google’s Android Wear operating system will power the device.
Tag Heuer still hasn’t openly discussed how Intel will be involved, but it’s likely that the company’s Quark system-on-a-chip will feature.
There’s also a new, shadowy image that depicts a small section of the watch, which shows that the device has a dedicated button. We’re not yet sure what function it will have.

It’s previously been reported that the device will retail for around $1,800, which is far higher than competitor Android Wear watches.
It’s also costlier than all Apple Watch models, except for the ludicrously priced Apple Watch Edition.
