For the first time ever, iPhone sales are falling year-on-year, meaning this year’s iPhone 7 launch is more important than ever to Apple as it looks to get those numbers moving in the right direction.

New designed schematics posted by Japanese magazine Mac Fan once again suggest that Apple plans to move forward without the 3.5mm headphone jack.

The designs (via 9to5Mac) also show the presence of another heavily rumoured feature, a second camera sensor on the rear of the device.

According to the publication the phone will also maintain the 7.3mm thickness of the iPhone 6 Plus.

They appear to substantiate recent speculation there would be no great design overhaul for the phone, which was last changed in 2014.

The schematics below appear to be mock ups based in purported information rather than leaked internal documents.

Perhaps significantly, although it should be taken with a pinch of sale right now, the report also dubs the phone the iPhone 7 Pro.

Whether Apple is considering a change in its naming convention, following the launch of premium iPads under the Pro branding remains to be seen. We’ll have to wait for September to find out for sure.
