Nokia will unveil two new devices at MWC 2014, a new flagship Nokia Lumia 1820 and the rumoured 8-inch Nokia Lumia 2020 tablet.

MWC 2014 will see Nokia unveil two new Lumia devices, building on the success of the Nokia Lumia 1020 and recently launched Nokia Lumia 2520.

According to a NokiaPowerUser tipster, Nokia will unveil an 8-inch tablet and new flagship at MWC 2014, which runs from February 24 – 27.

“Lumia 2020 will be the name of Nokia’s rumoured 8-inch tablet. This tablet will run on Snapdragon 800 and will have a 1080p resolution display,” said the source. “It will be faster and have higher PPI display than Lumia 2520 and will come with stylus support.”

“This tablet and Nokia’s next imaging flagship Lumia 1820 with metal unibody and Lytro-style camera will be unveiled during MWC in 2014.”

At an Nokia World event in Abu Dhabi, Nokia unveiled the 6-inch Nokia Lumia 1520 and the tablet Lumia 2520, but is seemingly gearing up to introduce new models to the Lumia range in February.

Information surrounding an 8-inch Nokia Lumia 2020 has already been leaked online, suggesting the codename of the device is currently “Nokia Illusionist”.

The name came from notorious tipster, @evleaks, who said last week:

“Nokia Illusionist is going to be their second RT tablet, but in the eight-inch class”.

As of yet, we have no further information on either the Lumia 1820 or Lumia 2020, but as always, we must take these rumours with a pinch of salt.

The Nokia Lumia 2520 runs Windows RT 8.1 and is powered by a Qualcom Snapdragon 800 processor. It has a 10.2-inch Full 1,920 x 1,080p HD screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 and a pixel density of 218ppi.
