The launch of the LG G4 is nigh, so it’s unsurprising we’re being inundated with a flurry of leaks regarding the fast-approaching blower.

This latest round of rumours focuses on the G4’s purported spec sheet, namely in regards to processing heft and camera features.

An anonymous source, courtesy of PhoneArena, has revealed that the Snapdragon 810 will be powered the LG G4.

We already expected that, as the Snapdragon 810 is Qualcomm’s newest, most powerful mobile chip, and will likely appear on many of this year’s Android flagships.

The new chip brings with it a host of impressive features, not least 64-bit chip architecture support, improved battery life, a Cat.9 LTE-friendly modem, as well as Adreno 430 graphics.

This means the LG G4 is likely to be a power-pushing beast of a smartphone, much like the G3 and G2 before it.

A separate leak, via Techmaniacs, hints at the upcoming smartphone carrying a 16-megapixel camera with a wide-angle lens.

This is a boost from last year’s G3, which carried a more middle-of-the-road 13-megapixel shooter.

So when will we find out if all this internet chatter is true? Well best guesses point at a LG G4 launch anywhere between MWC in March, right up to June.
