Xbox One Day One pre-orders back on at GAME
GAME is reignited its Xbox One pre-order service, taking orders for the Day One edition of the console complete with FIFA 14.
Updating the Xbox One page on its website, GAME has announced that gamers have a limited time to put in their pre-order for the Xbox One Day One Edition.
The Xbox One Day One Edition comes with a 500GB hard drive, Kinect sensor, a commemorative Day One controller (as seen above), a 4K capable HDMI cable, and Xbox One Chat Headset.
Gamers will also have access to an exclusive Day One achievement on the Xbox One and a free digital copy of FIFA 14.
It seems that the Day One Edition pre-orders may finish after today though.
“#GAMEXboxNews – Xbox One Day One Edition pre-orders are available again. Very limited numbers,” reads the first tweet earlier today.
“#GAMEXboxNews – Today is also the last day stores will be taking pre-orders for the Xbox One Day One Edition. So make sure to pop into store,” the store later added.
Earlier this week, GAME announced that it was completely sold out of Xbox One Day One Edition consoles.
“Unfortunately, we have no reached our limit for Xbox One Day One Edition console preorders,” said an official Game spokesperson. “The standard edition console is still available to order, although we can no longer guarantee you will receive yours on launch day. As soon as we can confirm when the standard edition is available we’ll let you all know.”
The Xbox One release date still hasn’t been narrowed down beyond the loose “November 2013” period announced by Microsoft.
