Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection PS4 Bundle coming this October

A brand new PS4 bundle is set to launch alongside Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection this October.
The bundle will include a 500GB PS4 and the game itself, which will also launch separately on October 9.
Unfortunately we aren’t being treated to a fancy, limited edition console for this release. Sony are likely reserving such a thing for the launch of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End next Spring.
The Nathan Drake Collection compiles the first three titles in the Uncharted franchise, all spruced up and remastered for the PS4.
Each game will run at a 1080p resolution at 60fps, a feat that wasn’t possible for the titles during the last console generation.
This isn’t the first PS4 remaster by developer Naughty Dog, as the first-party development studio released The Last of Us: Remastered in 2014.

The Nathan Drake Collection was first announced in June of this year, after a Playstation Store advertisement for the game was spotted online.
It will simultaneously bring newcomers up to speed with the franchise whilst also bridging the gap between now and the release of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End in 2016.
The fourth instalment in the series, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, was delayed into 2016 earlier this year.
The long awaited sequel is rumoured to be the very last game in the franchise, finally bringing Nathan Drake’s story to its conclusion.
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection will launch on October 9, with Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End to follow on March 18, 2016.
