Sony shows off everything that comes with PlayStation VR
We’re just a couple of weeks away from the release of PlayStation VR, so, it’s time to make like Brad Pitt in Se7en and ask ‘what’s in the box?’
Thankfully, Sony has released an official unboxing video showing off what folks will get with the PlayStation VR Core Bundle, out on October 13.
We have a review lined up for Wednesday, so keep an eye out for that, but here’s our most recent PlayStation VR head-on preview.
The neat shoe-box sized package features the headset itself, with the in-line remote for controlling the microphone. There’s also a pair of bundled-in earphones in case you don’t want to use your own.

Beyond that, we get a good look at the processing unit, which connects to the TV and PS4.
There’s also the demo disc, featuring 18 games, and power, HDMI and USB cables.
What isn’t in this box, of course, is the PlayStation Camera or Move controllers, which are sold with the more expensive Launch bundle.
