Audio specialist Pure has unveiled a collection of new Jongo-branded music providers, with the Pure Jongo T640B officially unveiled at CES 2013.
Formally outed at the Las Vegas based Consumer Electronics Show, the Pure Jongo T640B is a new wireless stereo speaker set to build on the company’s current Jongo wireless audio offerings that include the Pure Jongo S340B portable wireless speaker.
“The Jongo system offers users the choice to stream audio content via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi,” an official spokesperson for the company said. “Bluetooth allows users to stream content from any audio app on their smartphone or tablet, including locally stored music, to a single Jongo product. Using Wi-Fi along with the free Pure Connect app, users can get the additional benefit of listening to multiple, tightly synchronised Jongo products In a single room or multiroom environment.”

Playing host to both wireless and Bluetooth connectivity options, the Pure Jongo T640B wireless stereo speaker boasts 100 Watts of room-encompassing stereo audio output, with the rich, well-rounded sound generated by a pair of custom designed five-inch full range driver units.
With each driver sporting dual-concentric tweeters, the Pure Jongo T640B audio offering can comfortably act as a home’s main audio system with the wireless stereo speaker able to be wall mounted or paired with an optional stand that lets the unit sit in either a landscape or portrait manner.
Helping the system better fit in with your home setup, the Pure Jongo T640B wireless stereo speaker, like the rest of its Jongo branded siblings, is available in a variety of colours with black and white bodies further complemented by a collection of varyingly hued grilles, including burnt orange, lime green and mango options.
