Dell Studio One 19 Revealed

Dell has continued its trend of updating its One range and added a touch sensitive screen option to the mix with the 19in (18.5in to be pedantic) Dell Studio One 19.

That 19in - optionally multi-touch capable - display sports a 1,336 x 768 pixel resolution which is slightly disappointing; 1080p would have been nice. Specs are customisable as would be expected from a Dell machine with a quad-core CPU,4GB of RAM and a 750GB hard drive marking the upper limit.
Graphics are limited to the integrated Nvidia 9400M, which at least offers GPU-decoding of Blu-ray discs, should such a drive be specced. Connectivity is catered for by six USB ports, a multi-card reader, Ethernet and, of course, WiFi.
UK pricing isn't available isn't available yet, but in the US the Studio One 19 carries a $699 starting price. Making the display touch-sensitive is a $100 option, while a Blu-ray drive is in the region of $200, not to mention CPU, RAM and hard drive variations. Tempted?

Think you mean "GPU decoding" rather than "PGU" ;-)
Miserly resolution considering you can get something similar on the HP netbooks.
