Star Wars: The Force Awakens is already up for digital pre-order

If you’ve been to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens in the last 24-hours and are yearning for the day you can own a digital copy of the movie, well now you can get the ball rolling.

Episode VII can now be pre-ordered from iTunes or Google Play in standard and high definition for $14.99 or $19.99 respectively.

There’s no word yet on the release date or the special features, but if you simply can’t wait to order your copy, then have at it folks.

A listing on the Google Play Store says: “Lucasfilm and visionary director J.J. Abrams join forces to take you back again to a galaxy far, far away as Star Wars returns with Star Wars: The Force Awakens.”

Pre-order this movie and it will be available for playback and added to your library as soon as it's available for release. You will receive an email once the release date is known.”
