Dying Light My Apocalypse Edition

The Dying Light My Apocalypse Edition will set you back £250,000 and is one of the most ridiculous limited edition game packs we’ve ever seen.

Not only is this one of the most expensive special editions of a game ever, it might be the only one that gets you a custom-built house.

Now, Dying Light developer Techland has a penchant for whacky PR stunts, just look at some of the ones it did for the first Dead Island game. But this Dying Light My Apocalypse Edition might just take the biscuit.

The digital release of the game happened in the UK last month, but the physical launch was delayed until this Friday, February 27.

To celebrate, Techland is offering this one-off UK only special edition of the game and you can pre-order it exclusively from GAME – if you’re willing to spend £250,000 on it that is.

The Dying Light £250,000 My Apocalypse Edition comes with a custom built zombie-proof shelter provided by Tiger Log Cabins, which will come in handy when the actual apocalypse comes around…

“The centrepiece of this one-of-a-kind edition is a fortified zombie apocalypse-proofed house that will be built to order by UK-based Tiger Log Cabins. The house comes fully equipped with all live-in amenities and also includes an upper deck with vantage points and an escape hatch, arsenal storage for weaponry, and of course a living area with TV, Xbox One, and the latest sound system to play Dying Light on", reads the official blurb.

You’ll also get zombie survival parkour lessons with the Ampisound parkour and freerunning team and even get your face scanned into the game on your Night Hunter character.

There’s also a round trip to the Techland party with “Steve the Zombie Consultant” where you can play Dying Light with the dev team.

You also get a load of other stuff that you can see in the image above, and the My Apocalypse Edition was still available to buy at the time of writing.
