Amazon has introduced a Champagne Gold colour variant of the high-end Kindle Oasis – and it looks stunning (in the renders, that is).
The Champagne Gold model of the Kindle Oasis, which marks the first gold device the firm has ever released, is available to pre-order in the United Kingdom for £259.99 right now, with reservations expected to start shipping on March 22.

The Kindle Oasis is Amazon’s most advanced Kindle to date, featuring a 7-inch high-resolution Paperwhite screen, Audible integration, physical page-turning buttons and IPX8 water-resistance – meaning you can use it in the tub (or pool).
“With Audible built in, you can listen to the world’s largest library of audiobooks and easily switch between reading and listening to a professionally narrated performance on Bluetooth headphones or speakers,” explained Amazon.
We reviewed the Kindle Oasis back in January and awarded it a desirable eight out of ten, praising its large screen, waterproofing, and six-week battery life, while also noting that it’s uncomfortable to hold for long durations without a case.
