343 Industries has no plans for Halo 5 campaign DLC
There are no plans for any campaign DLC for Halo 5: Guardians, 343 Industries has confirmed.
Halo 5: Guardians will not be receiving any campaign DLC in the future, so we won’t be finishing the fight anytime soon.
Speaking to Red Bull, 343 Industries confirmed they currently have no plans regarding single player DLC for Halo 5.
“While we’re always looking for new ways to expand the Halo universe, we do not currently have any plans to release future campaign content for Halo 5: Guardians” said creative director Josh Holmes.
The Halo franchise isn’t really known for its single player downloadable content, so this announcement doesn’t come as a surprise.

343 Industries does have a variety of multiplayer DLC planned however. All 15 DLC maps will be free to download periodically after launch.
Halo 5: Guardians shipped with over 20 multiplayer maps, so there is plenty of content to sink your teeth into over time.
In our review, we described Halo 5: Guardians as “superbly paced, endlessly spectacular and has some of the best set-pieces and moments of any Halo game, but it doesn’t reach the same dramatic heights of Halo 3 or Halo 4.”
Halo 5: Guardians is the second main entry in the franchise developed by 343 Industries, and follows the pursuit of Master Chief by Spartan Team Osiris.
The new installment also introduces a variety of new and refined multiplayer modes, including the large scale Warzone.
Halo 5: Guardians is now available exclusively for the Xbox One.
