This isn't the best execution of 'blocky' design. Hopefully Samsung or Canon will release an LED multifunction. I look forward to a review of the new Samsung CLX-3186FN though.

I was once tempted to get a free printer with my dell pc, but decided against it, because you could only source the ink for that particular model from them. Why do they bother?

Over the last few years the entry level, low-end laser printers made by most companies are being marketed like their inkjet cousins. These machines are what I call toner units. As the company makes very little profit on the unit itself and more then makes up for it on the toner.

Does the Dell 1355cnw offer printing for the front and back of a document? I cannot find this option.

Not happy with mine as it has a paper Jam and it cant be fixed by Del as they no longer make it and wont even repair it.
Will this affect my relation ship with Del, yes probably if they don't help me.
