Workout Trainer Android App Review

Verdict

Motivating yourself to start a new exercise regime can be tricky. This is not just because the winter nights will soon be closing in, but also because it can be difficult to find the exercise regime that will suit you best. This is where Workout Trainer comes in.
Workout
It presents you with your own virtual personal trainer, who offers up different exercise challenges for you to try. These include instruction photos and videos, as well as motivational audio prompts while you’re performing the exercises. Thankfully, most of the workouts don’t involve the use of any expensive workout equipment, so you can carry out your training at home or outdoors in the garden or your local park. However, be warned, although it’s free, there are a lot of adverts and annoying prompts to try to convince you to upgrade to the paid version.

Verdict

The nagging prompts are annoying, but Workout Trainer has a large database of interesting and challenging exercises.
