ExpenseMagic provides you with a handy way to track your expenses, file claims and keep an eye on what you’ve actually been reimbursed for. You can take a photo of receipts with your phone’s camera and then enter the details yourself for free. Alterntaively, you can buy tokens that you can then use to have ExpenseMagic’s bookkeepers capture the details for you from the pictures that the app has uploaded to the service’s cloud storage.

You get 20 tokens for £2.99, which will cover the processing of 20 receipts by the service’s bookkeepers, so cost can rack up if you have lots of smaller claims to put in. Nevertheless, you can just use the app for manually entering data and it allows you to export your expenses as a spreadsheet. You can even set-up the app so it automatically puts in an expenses claim on a set day every month.

ExpenseMagic provides a neat way to more accurately track and process expenses, whether you use the app’s bookkeeping service or not.
