Xbox One update will make some features 50% faster

Microsoft has confirmed the new Xbox One update will make some features 50 per cent faster.
The upcoming New Xbox One Experience update will make some system functionality up to 50 per cent faster when it lands in November.
According to Xbox engineering boss Mike Ybarra, speaking on the latest episode of Major Nelson Radio about the upcoming New Xbox One Experience update.
Ybarra said Microsoft tracks load time data for Xbox 360 and Xbox One and the New Xbox One Eperience will make executing tasks quite a bit faster.
The New Xbox One Experience, which is available now for some Xbox One Preview Program members, will make “popular gaming features” load up to 50 per cent faster.
Sadly, Ybarra wouldn’t divulge which exact features these would be, but he did say that fans can look forward to a “new level of speed and responsiveness”

The New Xbox One Experience will arrive for everyone in November, bringing with it a brand new UI and the long-awaited Xbox One backwards compatibility for Xbox 360 titles. There’s also a new Guide and a new community section.
Ybarra teased that the update will introduce new “accessibility” features to ensure that the Xbox One can appeal to the widest possible market.
Ybarra talked about Windows 10 coming to Xbox One too, explaining that bringing the OS to the console isn’t as simple as you might think.
He noted that it involved the team creating a highly customised version of Windows 10 built specifically for Xbox One called OneCore.
“Windows 10 for desktop PCs has incredible momentum right now,” said Ybarra. “We’re going to bring all of that efficiency to Xbox One.”
