Say hello to Twitch Creative, a streaming service for art

Twitch has built its name off the back of video games, but that ever-steady boat is finally ready to be rocked.
There’s now a section of Twitch.tv dedicated entirely to creating artwork.
It’s called Twitch Creative, and it’s all about building, creating, and designing whatever you like.
And, of course, you’re supposed to broadcast your creative process so artsy voyeurs can ogle your handiwork-to-be.
“
Moorier continues: “These creative broadcasters share many of the same characteristics as all Twitch broadcasters: passion, engagement, and a community-centric worldview.”
Twitch doesn’t put any hard limits on what sort of art can be included, but specifically mentions visual art, woodworking, costume creation, prop building, and music composition.
In short, it’s all about any “process in which you entertain and connect around a creative activity”.
Moorier even admits the description is “vague”, and that’s intentional. The Rules of Conduct have even been updated to reflect the newly beloved content.
