Sonos 2 Room Starter Set makes multiroom audio even easier

Sonos is looking to make its multiroom speaker systems even more accessible to the masses, introducing a cut-price multi-speaker starter kit.
Aptly dubbed the Sonos 2 Room Starter Set, the bundle deal is compromised of a pair of Sonos Play:1 speakers.
The audio-enabling duo allows users to play the same, or different tracks in separate rooms around the home simultaneously.
Helping the compact speaker system better slot into your home, the 16cm tall units can be snapped up in either black or white colour schemes.
Offering a £39 saving over buying a pair of the £169 speakers individually, the Sonos Starter Set has been priced at £299.

Streaming services supported by Sonos include Spotify, Tidal, Deezer and Napster. Rdio, Last.fm and Hype Machine have also been given the nod by the smartphone and tablet-controlled system.

Sonos has suggested that the bundle deal will be a ‘limited offer’ available only ‘while stocks last’.
Despite the ambiguous availability options, Sonos has failed to reveal how readily available the starter set will be. It is available to buy now through the company’s online store.
