Snooz is a sound conditioner that helps you sleep

Having trouble sleeping? Snooz can help.
It’s a sound conditioner that emits white noise from its fan. You might think making noise would stop you sleeping, but if it’s constant and low level, as Snooz is, it’ll provide a background hum that’ll help you zone out from other noises.
That’s because as a room becomes quieter, your hearing becomes more acute, and any little noise becomes deafening. It’s why your alarm sounds so loud in the morning, even if it you set it on a low volume. White noise reduces the gap between the baseline sound and any disturbances that might happen in the night, like the neighbour’s door shutting.
You can adjust the volume and tone depending on your environment using the dials. It goes all the way from table fan to airplane cabin, with everything in between. And it’s small enough to slip in a pocket, so you can take it with you on holiday.
The cable coils into its base, making it easy to pack.
You can also control the volume and tone using the app on your phone, so you don’t have to get out of bed. The app can also set a shutoff, if you only want to use it at the start and/or end of the night.

There’s even a sound mode for newborn babies, to make sure it’s at a safe volume level.
It’s passed its funding goal and will ship in March next year. You can snag one for $59 (£38) if you’re quick.
