OnePlus is always a little mysterious about upcoming product launches, but this one raises some real question marks.
The company has pushed a teaser image to its Google+ page, and we’re clueless as to what the product being hinted at might be.
The image shows some kind of leather material in the foreground – a case, perhaps?
There’s also some kind of red-and-white threaded lace in the background. Umm.
The final clue is that the image is captioned with: “a bit of welcome luxury”.
That’s complemented by the actual post, which reads: “Something luxurious is coming to OnePlus. What could it be?”
Our best guess is that OnePlus is teasing some kind of premium case, likely crafted from leather, for the OnePlus 2.
OnePlus already offers a range of ‘SwapStyle’ cases through its online store, although leather is still missing.

There’s also a chance the poster is referring to the third phone that OnePlus is set to release later this year.
Company co-founder Carl Pei revealed a new handset would be coming at some point in 2015.
However, we’ve heard very little in the way of details about this enigmatic smartphone.
Whatever the case, we’ll just have to wait and see what OnePlus has in store for us – literally.
