McDonald’s Just For You is the VR experience you didn’t ask for

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be whisked off into a virtual world where you could experience what it’d be like to… eat at McDonald’s?

No, we can’t say we have either.

In any case, now we can thanks to the McDonald’s Just For You video which gives you an eyes-on tour of the company’s revamped restaurants that are currently expanding across the US.

Apparently, the highlight of these new eateries are the customisable orders, made via giant touchscreen tablets which hopefully have equally giant vats of hand sanitiser nearby.

The new stores also offer table service and the ability to pay with Apple and Android Pay, which you’ll be able to see in the clip also.

If you have a Google Cardboard headset, you can now virtually make your order in the hope the Just For You experience makes it to your town too (via TechCrunch).
