LG has unveiled the world’s largest 4K OLED TV, with the curved 77-inch Ultra HD model making its first global appearance at IFA 2013.
Still to be bestowed with a model name or confirmed release plans, the expansive TV, known as the 77-inch LG Ultra HD Curved OLED TV, follows on from the company’s 55-inch Curved OLED model which was officially unveiled back at CES in January.

Taking the mantle of the world’s largest OLED TV, an accolade that is sure to be outstripped during next year’s CES 2014 conference, the 77-inch 4K OLED TV features a soft curve to its display to offer more immersive viewing experiences and broader viewing angles.
On show now at the IFA 2013 conference in Berlin, the 77-inch LG Curved OLED TV has been described by Kwon as ““a true home entertainment wonder that has to be seen to be believed.”
Featuring a 3840 x 2160 pixel resolution four times that of current 1080p Full HD models, the 77-inch LG OLED boasts and WRGB OLED panel with integrated Ultra HD technology to offer near infinite contrast ratios.
It is expected that the newly unveiled behemoth of the TV sector will be dated and priced for launch early next year.
