Rockstar Games has updated the GTA 5 interactive travelogue with three new sections, giving players details of its country clubs, tattoo parlours and yoga classes.
Certainly written with tongue wedged firmly in cheek, the new GTA 5 travelogue sections detail some of the extra-curricular activities players can get up to when exploring the sites of Los Santos.
The so-called “Local Artisans” section details the character customisation options offered by the tattoo parlours of Los Santos, stating that “any self-respecting resident has ink in their skin and metal in their face.”
Allowing viewers to take a quick tour around just one of the Blazing Tattoo parlours, gamers can read the stories of those on the “Customer Wall of Shame” and a couple of the tattooists themselves.
“Mourning an ex? Just got a divorce? Like pictures of cats hanging from a branch? Ready to get sexy with a tramp stamp? It’s all up to you,” reads the Rockstar description.
In the section entitled “Exclusive Country Clubs”, GTA 5 fans are invited to peruse the Los Santos Golf Club member prospectus.
Claiming that the club has “never been accused of being welcoming” and has a strict no-admittance rule for women, except for two rather scantily clad individuals, the Los Santos Golf Club certainly looks like it could be a colourful place to hang out in player downtime.
The final new addition is the “Serenity and Wellness” section that details some of the “fulfilling and compromising positions” Master Private Yoga Instructor come Karma Sutra expert, Fabien LaRouche, will put players into. We suggest you go take a look for yourself.
From the three new panels in the interactive travelogue alone, it seems that Rockstar Games has taken a lot of time to build the personalities of each character gamers will come into contact with within the GTA 5 storyline and beyond.
