France v Portugal Live Stream: How to watch the Euro 2016 final online for free

The 2016 UEFA European Championship is nearly over, but not before the small matter of crowning a champion. Later today, hosts France take on Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal and here’s how to live stream the match for free, regardless of how you want to watch.
Euro 2016 kicked off exactly one month ago, and what a month it has been. England famously crashed out of Euro 2016 to Iceland, shortly after…England famously crashed out Europe thanks to the Brexit vote.

The BBC and ITV share coverage rights for Euro 2016, and both will be showing the final, which kicks-off at 8pm BST.

To tune in to the matches online, all you need to do is know which channel is airing the fixture, and then navigate to the relevant website – that’s ITV Hub for the ITV matches, and iPlayer for the Beeb’s slice of the (pork) pie. Both live streaming and catchup will be available.
Watching on a smartphone or tablet is slightly more complicated, but not by much.
