With the FIFA 14 release date now just a matter of days away; retailers have started to confirm their plans for FIFA 14 release date midnight openings.
Giving eager gamers the chance to snap up the next edition of the much loved football sim at the earliest opportunity,
Coinciding with the September 27 FIFA 14, the midnight openings will see avid FIFA fans given access to the retail outlets as the clocks tick into the first seconds of Friday morning. What’s more, GAME has revealed it will hold FIFA lock-ins at 50 stores letting games get hands-on time with the game straightaway.
“FIFA 14 is one of the most anticipated new releases of the year and is shaping up to be the best FIFA ever,” Charlotte Knight, Category Director at GAME said.
She added: “Our partnership with EA means we can bring FIFA 14 lock-ins to 50 stores around the country – if you’re a FIFA fan then these are not to be missed.”
Ahead of the September 27 FIFA 14 release date, publisher EA will roll out a playable FIFA 14 demo later this week, with the teaser to be made available for Xbox 360 and PS3 gamers on Tuesday, September 10.
For those planning on snapping up a next-gen console, Microsoft and EA have confirmed that FIFA 14 will come free with select Xbox One pre-orders.
