Batman: Arkham Knight suffering major PC issues

Rocksteady has admitted Batman: Arkham Knight is suffering from major issues on PC.
Numerous reports surfaced showcasing that the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight is suffering major performance issues.
These weren’t isolated reports either, with Steam owners of the game taking to the review pages to complain, while the NeoGAF boards were also bombarded with comments.
Rocksteady has been quite to issue a statement though, saying:
“We’re aware that some users are reporting performance issues with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight,” said Rocksteady in a statement via IGN. “This is something that Rocksteady takes very seriously. We are working closely with our external PC development partner to make sure these issues get resolved as quickly as possible. We’ll update this thred when we’ve got more info to share.”
We’ve had a lot of problems with the PC version ourselves, with performance absolutely shocking. The game wouldn’t even run the intro sequence unless we turned the graphics down to the defaults.
Even running at 720p, the gameplay and cutscenes are jerky.
Elsewhere people have been complaining of frequent stuttering and audio glitches when moving around the open world.

Then, in the config file, search for “Max_FPS=30” and change it to “
There’s no word on a patch for the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight at the moment, but we’ll keep you posted.
