SPONSORED Have you ever watched a YouTube vlogger and thought “I could do that?” Well, now’s your chance to get a helping hand to make that dream a reality thanks to the Ultra Wide Festival 2015 ‘Dream Setup’ competition.
Three lucky up-and-coming YouTubers will receive sponsorship of $10,000 USD to buy all the IT gear they need to create their Dream Setup, as well as the latest LG UltraWide Monitor to complete it.
Another 30 semi-finalists will also receive the LG 34UC97C – a 34-inch, curved UltraWide monitor that’s ideal of video editing thanks to its huge resolution and outstanding colour accuracy.
Winners will also get the team up with three of the biggest tech and gaming YouTubers around – Linus Sebastian from Linus Tech Tips, Lewis Hilsenteger from Unbox Therapy and Jahova from JahovasWitness. They will offer advice and tips on how to produce the ultimate video.
Finally, the winners will be invited to an exclusive Finale Party in Vancouver in early December and receive an all-inclusive travel package. The three winners will join Linus, Lewis and Jahova, and a dozen guest fans at the party.
To get involved in the competition you need to grab your camera and shoot a video or photo explaining your current setup and what you’d spend $10,000 USD on to take it to the next level.

- Submit your application with a link to your post and describe what your Dream Setup would be
Semi-Final Stage
One LG UltraWide Curved Monitor (model no. 34UC87C) will be provided to the each of the top 30 semi-finalists for them to review and produce a video on how they would incorporate it in their setup.
Participants must upload the video to their YouTube account and three winners will be selected by Linus, Lewis and Jahova.
Final Stage
3 winners will each be provided with $10,000 to acquire necessary items to build their Dream Setup.
Each YouTube Star will be a mentor and support him/her in creating the Dream Setup.
After the setup is completed, an introductory video about the Dream Setup will be produced and uploaded on the winners’ YouTube account and promoted by the YouTube Star.
