You can choose from three types of goals. Activity sets a number of steps or distance to cover. Location means you have to check in somewhere, be it the gym or library. And time only unlocks the safe at certain times of the day, week, month, or once a timer expires. Whatever your goal, it should help you achieve it.

It's controlled via an app, which is available for iOS and Android. You can chart your progress on the app, and pair the device with existing fitness trackers like Fitbit. Or leave it to take care of step tracking itself.
But be warned, there is no override. It's achieve your goal, or suffer.
It's a good idea. Hopefully you should soon be able to get to your goal without needing the reward at the end, but every incentive helps. It's seeking funding on Kickstarter, and should ship in October.
