Samsung has announced a limited edition Olympic Games-themed version of its highly rated Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge smartphone.
Only 14,516 units are being produced and all but 2,016 of them will be given to the athletes performing in Rio next month.
It arrives in black, with gold, blue, red, white and green accents, which match the colour of the Olympic rings.

The iconic Olympic rings are also depicted on the rear of the device and on the lock screen, while the five colours will also appear within the UI menus.
The athletes receiving the phones will also get a pair of Samsung’s Gear IconX cord-free earbuds, which feature an in-ear heart rate monitor.
They’ll also get access to the S Health app, although it seems unlikely Olympic athletes will be using consumer-based tools like that in their training.
Unfortunately for Brits with the Olympic Spirit in their hearts and wallets, the handsets will only be available in select countries, including the US, the home nation Brazil, Samsung’s Korean homeland, China and Germany.
