  • Includes small screen
  • Has SD slot
  • Can do everything (print, scan)
  • Print quality average
  • Technical support poor
  • Kodak software suite clunky and unfriendly
  • Uses black ink rapidly
  • Wi-fi connection unreliable

Bought this printer for working at home - wi-fi and cheap ink cartridges major selling points for this product. After a couple of days, realised that these two selling points are also the product's major downsides. So, wi-fi drops constantly, and the black ink cartridge prints around 25 pages before showing empty, which means another 7 quid (around 10 USD) for another one. This is cheap of course, but a user ends up spending just as much on ink :)

I was disappointed, and the provided software (which soaks up another few hundred MB on your hard drive) is unfriendly and non-intuitive.

Note for Mac users - it you try and update your software, on download the Kodak site compresses the file using 'Springy'. As the file is around 70mb compressed, unless you have a paid registration with Springy, you can't unpack the file. The way around is to download some other software, but surely Kodak should use a method that is easy and doesn't mean users struggling to find some way of using their software for equipment we've already paid for?

Print quality is average...but not sparkling.

I don't recommend this product. Too many minuses.
