I thought 5/10 was a bit generous after reading the whole review. An outdated motherboard & CPU, 4 USB ports (which would be acceptable in a nettop but not a mid-tower design), a 450W PSU so, even if you were to upgrade the Graphics Card, there might still be power issues. Add to that the cable tidying, which looks amateurish, and the poor choice of peripherals, and I feel it's lucky to have scored so highly. Judging by their past track record on TR, I wonder if all Advent PC's are so poor?
"distinctive styling that's rather fetching, if a bit unusual" - Hmmm, ok, but my vote goes for damn ugly. 'er in doors won't approve that no matter how good it is. Not that I'm not the boss you understand, Its just I have to ask permission first! ;)
if i had a window case i'd want to look at my neat graphics card setup, not the messy tangle of cables that go to my graphics card.
