An industrial but attractive design, excellent adjustability, more connections than you could shake a very long stick at, and factory-calibrated image quality that’s at the top of its league thanks to an H-IPS panel, it certainly gets our vote.

2nd Place: NEC MultiSync EA231WMi

Not everyone can afford to spend over £400 on a good, adjustable monitor. For those that want the image quality benefits IPS brings to the table but can do without the fancy extras, NEC’s display costs considerably less but doesn’t cut corners where it counts.
