Verdict
Pure is best known for its line of DAB radios. However, the company has gradually added more and more internet features to its digital radios, and now it’s expanded into mobile apps too. Pure Lounge is essentially an internet radio app for your handset that allows you to choose from more than 16,000 internet radio stations. 
On top of this it also lets you access round 5,000 podcasts and browse through its library of relaxing Pure sounds. While there are plenty of other internet radio apps available for Android phones, it’s the slick presentation of Pure Lounge that makes it an interesting option. The interface makes it quick to find different station to listen to and it also cleverly offers up suggestions for other stations that you might not have tried yet.
Verdict
The software still suffers from a few bugs, but it’s early days for Pure Lounge and the slick user interface means it’s definitely one to keep an eye on.
