Verdict

Key Specifications

  • Review Price: £0.59

Djay is so good that Apple has used it in an iPhone advert. Accolades don’t come much better than that. Seriously though, this is a pretty impressive DJing app. It turns your iPhone into a set of virtual decks so you can perform live or record mixes on the go.

Djay

It integrates near-seamlessly with your iPod library and the low latency sound engine means there aren’t awkward delays between interacting with the controls and hearing the results in your mix. The app is also packed with features to help you beat-match tunes, tweak EQ levels and loop sections of tracks. It looks top notch too and the controls are about as well designed as you’re likely to get on the iPhone.

Verdict

DJay is probably the best DJing app on the iPhone right now, and at its special offer price of 59p it’s an absolute steal.
