ZTE Era Is High-End Tegra 3 Smartphone

At Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, ZTE has already announced the ZTE Orbit, its latest Windows Phone, and has now added its most premium phone to date in the shape of the quad-core ZTE Era.

The Era will feature a 4.3in 960×540 display, will be powered by a 1.3GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor which will be paired with the Icera I450 modem – a pairing already seen in the ZTE Mimosa. The sleek-looking phone will be just 7.8mm thick.

There is 8GB of storage on board, expandable via microSD card. There is an eight megapixel camera on the rear, capable of shooting 1080p video. The phone will run Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) which will be skinned by the newly-announced ZTE UI called Mifavor. This will add the usual options of widgets, editable homescreens as well as adding a music hub, additional camera options and a new file manager.
