XCOM 2 Anarchy’s Children expansion release date and content confirmed

The first expansion for XCOM 2 will arrive on 17 March and will feature more than 100 new customisation options.

Firaxis Games has released new details for Anarchy’s Children, the upcoming expansion for PC exclusive XCOM 2.

The expansion will include more than 100 new “exotic” customisation options. These include hairstyles, face paint, armor, helmets, masks and other such items.

Some of the new additions are a little ridiculous, but will no doubt make defending the planet from aliens a more stylish affair.

The pack will cost £3.99, or can be downloaded as part of the game’s Reinforcement Pack for £15.99

Firaxis has also confirmed that it will be releasing a new patch that will “optimise performance” and provide general gameplay fixes.

XCOM 2 came to PC back in February to critical and commercial success. Firaxis hasn’t ruled out the possibility of a console release, so fingers crossed for now.
