The eagerly awaited Xbox One update that was due to land today has been delayed until later this week, Microsoft executive Larry Hyrb has confirmed.
With the February Xbox One update having been scheduled to rollout today, February 11, Hyrb has taken to Twitter to confirm that the console’s software patch will now not touch down for a number of days.

The first major Xbox One update to have been scheduled, today’s patch was supposed to introduce a new battery indicator, manual storage management and USB keyboard support.
Despite the small Xbox One update delay for the February patch, Microsoft has today confirmed that a second console update will be rolled out next month.
Set to launch in line with the eagerly awaited Titanfall release next month, the March Xbox One update will be focussed on bringing multiplayer and party improvements.

“We’ve heard your feedback and the team has been working overtime to deliver updates that will significantly improve the multiplayer and party experience on Xbox One.”
