The online retailer plans to auction two tomorrow and raffle two next week, all for charity.
Congratulations to all three of you in the UK who actually managed to get their hands on an Xbox 360 last week. I think of those Riyad was one and Wil, (editor of our sister site Bit-Tech) was another. Consequently, friendly online retailer CCL has decided to give punters the chance to win four more.
Charity is the selfless motivation for here, with staffers giving up potential gaming nirvana to help out Candlelighters, a UK based organisation that helps children battling cancer, leukaemia and serious blood disorders.
Two of the four consoles on offer (one Premium and one Core pack) will be auctioned off in-store tomorrow at 7.30pm. The address is:
CCL Computers Ltd
Off Cross Lane
For health and safety reasons it is a ticket only event (get them here), but if you are not in close geographical range of Bradford (and there‘s no good reason why you should be), don’t despair. CCL is also raffling off another Premium and another Core pack on 19 December.
Tickets cost just £1 (incl. VAT!) and will be on sale until 12 noon on the day of the draw. Again all proceeds will be passed onto Candlelighters. Spread the Festive spirit and pick up a few here today.
