White BlackBerry Z10 UK exclusive to Phones 4u

Phones 4U has announced that it will exclusively stock the white BlackBerry Z10 at all its stores, ahead of other UK retailers looking to offer the top-end BB10 smartphone in its ivory jacket.

Phones 4U will be launching the white BlackBerry Z10 model at its flagship Oxford Street store tomorrow, and pop sensation Pixie Lott will be attending. As well as rubbing shoulders with the celebrity, those customers lucky enough to be there will be getting some nice freebies. The first 50 consumers to buy a BlackBerry Z10 will get a free 64GB BlackBerry PlayBook tablet.

In a statement Phones 4U said: “We’re extremely excited to be launching the highly anticipated BlackBerry Z10, which promises to offer a completely new mobile experience, and we look forward to welcoming customers into our store to get their hands on the BlackBerry Z10 in white before anyone else.”

BlackBerry Z10 specs
The BlackBerry Z10 sports a 4.2-inch screen with a 1,280 x 768p resolution, a dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm processor and, similarly to most of its high-end smartphone rivals, 2GB of RAM. It has 16GB of internal storage expandable through microSD.

The BlackBerry Z10 smartphone maintains slim lines at a mere 9mm thick, and at its rear you’ll find an 8-megapixel snapper. 4G will be available on all the smartphones. Of course, the operating system of choice will be the completely new Blackberry 10 OS, which should prove an interesting rival for Android and iOS.
