YouTube’s favourite tech torturer takes on the Pixel 2 with razor blades, lighters, and plain old thumb fury to see how quickly Google’s latest offering caves under pressure.

So what did we learn? The Pixel 2’s display can cope with a fair bit of scratching thanks to that Gorilla Glass 5.

But worryingly, once you turn the device around, its premium coating is pretty easy to damage, and the less said about its performance in the bend test, the better.
